Conferences

Peppers Silo Hotel is a sophisticated meeting and conferencing venue, with several distinctive spaces to cater for all functions, hosting groups of 10 through to events up to 120 attendees. Whether you’re planning a formal presentation, business conference, chic cocktail evening or formal banquet, our experienced Conference Team will ensure your event is successful, seamlessly managing decoration, lighting, music, food and drinks, not to mention guest accommodation.

If you’re planning a training session or corporate meeting, the Gorge Room seats 12 guests in a unique semi-circular seating, located on the First Floor of the eastern Silo and boasts spectacular views over Cataract Gorge and Tamar River. Similar in size and design, the purpose-built River Room is also ideal, accommodating up to 16 attendees in boardroom seating, located on the first floor of the eastern Silo with river views and direct access to the outdoor deck.

For slightly larger events, our Town Point Functions Room caters for up to 70 people in theatre style layout, or alternatively 60 guests in banquet style. A stylish conference space, this spacious room is unique in that it provides access to the outdoor deck with the adjacent Woody’s Bar.

Our expansive Kings Wharf Lounge West is a multi-purpose space perfect for functions of up to 120 guests, and is located on the First Floor of the North Wing Building. Suitable for cocktail functions of up to 120 guests, or 80 guests in banquet style seating. Our Outdoor Deck is a more sizeable venue, accommodating 120 guests in cocktail style.

Dining

Conferencing with Peppers Silo Hotel is a delectable experience, with fine cuisine served from our onsite restaurant Grain of the Silos. Mouthwatering dishes of succulent beef and lamb, all meticulously created with an authentic farm to plate philosophy.

From our intimate River Room ideal for 20 guests through to our expansive Kings Wharf Lounge which caters for up to 500, our extensive range of conference venues offer exceptional views across the picturesque Tamar, North Esk River and Cataract Gorge.
