Grain of the Silos Restaurant

Grain of the Silos is an award winning dining destination putting Tasmanian produce front and centre of its carefully curated seasonal selections. Far from a traditional hotel restaurant and now firmly established as a leader in the Launceston and Tasmanian dining scene. Food Director Massimo Mele’s collaborations with local farmers, passion for Tasmanian produce and keen desire to support and promote local businesses and food tourism are key drivers behind our superb food offering. This is brought to life by Executive Chef Thomas Pirker and his team. We believe in a dining experience that is a celebration of Tasmanian local wine and produce. We acknowledge with thanks the hard work, skill and dedication of our producers, growers, wine makers, and  are devoted to sourcing and showcase what our island has to offer. Grain of the Silos Restaurant is situated onsite at Peppers Silo Hotel,

Renowned for its bustling food and wine scene, you have every reason to explore the selection of eateries and foodie hot spots within close vicinity of the hotel. From French to Italian, modern Australian and Asian-Australian fusion, you’ll be spoilt for choice with food from across the globe.
